It’s business as usual at B.I. Appleton Ltd where the health and well-being of our customers and staff remains paramount during the Corona virus.
We have extra precautions now in place to ensure our staff are wearing personal protective equipment while collecting, delivering or working on customer vehicles. This includes disposable gloves being worn so that we are not touching your vehicle by unprotected hands in any way, seat covers and floor mats. We have implemented a strict hygiene policy in-house.
Customers feeling unwell or showing any Corona-like symptoms are politely asked to please call and arrange for their vehicle to be collected and delivered back to them upon booking. This enables their vehicle repairs and checks to be carried out on time, safely, without any inconvenience to them. It avoids the need for bookings to be cancelled.
